Steps:

First, wash your face. Then, after it is dry, apply foundation to even out your skin tone. If you have any blemishes, apply a concealer on them. Start eyes by applying a light silver shadow to the brow bone and inner corner of the eye. Apply a charcoal colored eye shadow from the upper lash line to just above the crease. Use your finger to dab the charcoal eyeshadow on the lower lashline. Then, line the upper and lower lashline with a black eyeliner pencil. Use a cotton swab to blend the eyeline to create a smokey look. (TIP: If you have loose eyeshadow around your eyes sweep it off with a large powder brush dipped into translucent powder.) Apply two coats of mascara. Sweep bronzer onto your forhead, cheek bones, the bridge of your nose, and your chin. Apply a cream blush to the apples of your cheeks. Finally, apply a tinted lip balm.
